Kasım Tugmaner Mosque

The Qasim Togmanir Mosque has a long and distinguished history in the city of Mardin, as it stands tall as a witness to its history, and this is evident in the style of construction used in it, and in the inscriptions and decorations that adorned its internal facades and external walls. The mosque extends over a spacious area divided into internal and external courtyards, as the internal courtyards were used as a religious school, to which children would come to learn at the hands of the most famous writers and sheikhs. Today, you can see the mosque from afar with its huge golden dome and tall, towering minaret with a distinctive design.
