Wadi Degla Reserve is a natural reserve located in Cairo Governorate with an area of 60 square kilometers. The reserve is a valley stretching from east to west with a length of 30 km. The valley may be made of rocks that were deposited over time over 60 million years, and they are limestone rocks, and the reserve is rich in fossils that you can see. It also has a good group of animals such as deer, wild rabbits, red foxes, reptiles, turtles and birds, and it is very suitable if you want to get some rest and enjoyment away from the city's atmosphere and noise.
