Al Mina Mosque

The Mina Mosque, or the so-called Heavenly Mosque, is one of the most famous and beautiful mosques in Hurghada from an architectural point of view. It was built by Shah Jahan between the years 1631 AD and 1640 AD, and it was opened in 2012 AD and was built on an area of 8 thousand meters at a cost of 20 million Egyptian pounds. This mosque is located directly on the sea and can accommodate about 10,000 worshipers at the same time. It is completely built of white marble and has a lot of religious decorations and writings inside. It includes two tall minarets, 25 domes, a hall for religious events and others for lectures and meetings, and there is a large square in front of it. It is an amazing mosque and really worth a visit, dress appropriately for the mosque and go visit it with your family or friends.
