Al Qessar Heritage Village

The historical village of Al-Qassar is one of the most important tourist attractions in the entire Jizan Province. It is located in the Al-Qassar region on Farasan Island. Its history dates back to nearly 3,000 years, according to the inscriptions and archaeological inscriptions that were found in the village. Several ancient civilizations, such as the Himyarite civilization, succeeded it. And the Roman civilization, and there are more than 400 houses built using local stones.
