Description of the place
Tantora Al-Ula is a sundial (sundial) used by locals hundreds of years ago as a sign of time and a sign of the change of seasons. On the first day of winter, the sun's rays fall directly on the stone sign of Tantura, announcing the return of agricultural activity in the city of Al-Ula, hence the name Winter at Tantora Festival, which is held annually in this place.
