Description of the place
Alaeddin Mosque is a historical mosque located in Odunpazari district of Eskisehir province. The semi-square, rectangular mosque was built of rubble. An octagonal dome is located in the middle of the flat wooden ceiling. The inner dome is decorated with Quranic verses on its edges. The mihrab is located in the south of the mosque, and it is characterized by the late Ottoman architectural style.
