The Ibi Mosque is located in Bozcaada Square, opposite the garden, which is believed to have been built in 1700, and it is also likely that it was built in place of the Ali Agha Mosque, which dates back to the sixteenth century, which Miralay Ahmed Agha destroyed and renovated. The entrance to the mosque’s courtyard is through a circular arched door, where you can see some inscriptions dating back to 1903. This mosque is also distinguished by the fact that it was built of red stone, in addition to decorating the interior with picturesque motifs, inspired by the Baroque era.
