This historical museum contains more than 1,800 artifacts displayed in chronological order from one floor to another, the lower floor is dedicated to prehistoric and pharaonic times, and the first floor is dedicated to the Greco-Roman era. As for the second floor, it dates back to the Coptic and Islamic eras, which highlights the artifacts that were found during the recent underwater excavations. The Alexandria National Museum includes many sculptures, drawings, decorations, and statues dating back to the aforementioned eras.
