Amman Temple

There are many small temples spread in the villages surrounding Madurai, to provide the residents with places designated for high sanctity to perform various worships, and among these temples is the small Amman Temple, which is distinguished by its simple design. Locals regularly come here to perform rituals, seek blessings and health, and exorcise evil spirits. The temple is one of the temples of Meenakshi Amman.
