The Apartheid Museum is a museum in the city of Johannesburg, and it illustrates the history of South Africa. It was opened, and it is part of the Gold Reef complex in November of 2001. The Apartheid Museum allows visitors to learn about the apartheid experience with its details, events, histories and results, which is the discrimination that occurred during Apartheid by separating the indigenous people from their ethnic appearance classified according to the width of the nose, the places in the hair, the color of the skin, and the size of the lips, in the colonial era that the region went through, during the beginnings of European control over this region of the continent of Africa.
