Arco de Triunfo de Barcelona

It is a monument located at the intersection of Paseo de San Juan with La Ronda de San Pedro in the Spanish city of Barcelona. It was built by architect Josep Villasica to be the main gate to the International Exhibition in Barcelona in 1888 AD, and it was restored in 1989 AD. The Arc de Triomphe in Barcelona, unlike what is found in other arcs of triumph of a military nature, is distinguished by its civilian nature, with the aim of reaching the idea of technical, scientific and economic progress. The square in front of this landmark is also used as a venue for festivals and music events such as Primavera Sound.
