Description of the place
The Lake Oakey Trail was originally created to access John Moore's Cabin; This track is an excellent place for Nordic skiing during the winter. The trail offers views of the Admiralty Island and Gastino Canal, and is visited by many residents and tourists by registering with specialized groups to walk long distances and contemplate the wildlife and natural surroundings.
