Batik Painting Museum

The Museum of Batik Painting is a small museum that aims to tell the historical story of how the art of batik began in the 1950s and later developed by a large number of talented artists in Malaysia, as it includes more than seventy models that illustrate the development of the craft, and it is located in an old shop house within the heritage area in Georgetown, and also has a small section dedicated to the work of some of the most famous artists from China, Indonesia and Thailand.
