Benjasiri Park

It is the best garden built in 1992 in downtown Bangkok. It is often referred to as the "Queen's Garden" since it was built to celebrate her 60th birthday. This garden contains many fine examples of Thai sculpture and is very popular. The park follows a circular path, centering around the large pond that is home to large fish and turtles surrounded by grass, trees and sports facilities towards the back end of the park and a running track on the ocean. It is distinguished by the modern art sculptures scattered around. It is a nice place to relax and immerse yourself in the local park life.
