Description of the place
The Biodiversity Gallery is located in the Botanical Garden, one of the most emblematic places in Porto. It was inaugurated by His Excellency the President of the Republic, Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa, on June 30, 2017 as the first live science center dedicated to biodiversity. A space where art meets biology and natural history, visitors will be able to find an exemplary collection of 49 exhibition units and installations, many of which have been specially developed or adapted for the permanent exhibition.
