The Bank of the Philippine Islands Museum is the first bank museum in Cebu. Which was built in the early forties of the twentieth century. This building was declared a National Historic Landmark in 1991. It displays a collection of old currency bills, old safes, and the first automated teller machines in the country. The exhibits on display in the museum are historical pieces that show how the bank contributed to the banking industry in the Philippines. One of the museum's artifacts is a 156-year-old handmade bank magazine.
