Calheta Beach

Calheta Beach is an artificial beach with golden sand. It was opened in 2004. It is 100 meters long and has two sloping barriers as a means of protection. The beach is also located near the recreational port. It contains a solarium of about 7,300 square meters. It has a range of Sun loungers and umbrellas, and gives visitors the opportunity to practice many fun water sports such as canoeing and windsurfing.
