It contains the ground floor and the first floor with several cafes and other food stalls including a vegetarian stall, a Thai café, and a fresh fish stall at the rear entrance. There are also haberdashery stalls, a gold and silver stall, and a pet stall. A nice place to walk around if you are in town unlike the modern malls.
