The Carnavale Museum is located in the historic Marais district, and it is a museum dedicated to the history of Paris, from its inception to the present day. The current museum was opened in 1880 AD, and it occupies two palaces from the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries. In this wonderful architectural place, you can discover the museum's rich collections, where the archaeological background of the Gallo-Roman and Middle Ages, memories of the French Revolution, paintings, sculptures, furniture and works of art, and the collections are presented in rooms that recreate the atmosphere of private residences from the fifteenth to the nineteenth centuries.
