Cavalo Beach

Cavallo Beach is a very small beach that forms part of the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park. It is reached through a winding road that descends between the mountains at low tide on Adraga Beach. Cavallo combines the mountain and beach environment in an amazing way, and it attracts many swimmers and fishermen, especially on the left side of it. Where this area is characterized by a mixed bottom of sand and rocks, and attracts many species of fish that approach in search of mollusks.
