Chapel of the Garoupe
Garoupe Church is a building of great cultural importance in Cape Antibes, as legend indicates that the plateau on which this church was built was dedicated to Selene, the moon goddess in ancient times, and at the beginning of the fourth century, St. Helena stopped; Emperor Constantine's mother, in Antibes and commissioned a chapel to be built on this site, which was enlarged in 1520 after a donation made by René de Savoie.
