Chatuchak Park

This large park is located near the Chatuchak district of Bangkok and is one of the oldest public parks. Construction began in 1975 on land donated by the Government Railways of Thailand. The park opened on December 4, 1980. An artificial lake runs along this thin and long park with many bridges crossing the lake. The Train Museum is located within the park, and includes public tennis courts and soccer fields.
