Church of St Peter

St. Peter's Church is of great importance to the followers of the Christian religion, as its construction dates back to the first centuries of the spread of Christianity in the East. The church appears as if it was excavated inside a cave in Jabal al-Hajj and contains within it many colorful mosaic floors, icons, artistic paintings and religious murals that narrate important chapters in the history of the early Christian saints.
