Church of the Assumption of the Virgin of Toulouges
The Church of the Assumption of the Virgin of Tulog, a few kilometers southwest of Perpignan, was built in the 11th century on the foundations of the first place of worship in the area dating back to 908. It is famous for its Romanesque style, which includes a stunning portal of white marble. The church has undergone a series of changes over the years. Centuries passed, its walls were covered with a layer of lime and red paint.
