Description of the place
This wonderful church dates back to the sixth century and is considered one of the most prominent ancient Roman buildings in the city of Madaba. This basilica had three doors, two rows of ten ancient Roman columns, and altars. Although the church was influenced by archaeological excavations, it still has a perfect mosaic floor and its unique decorations can be read.
