Crystal Palace Gardens

Located on a hilltop in the center of Porto, the Gardens of the Crystal Palace extend over a vast area of 8 hectares and feature an amazing array of landscapes, offering panoramic views of the city and the Douro River. These gardens were designed at the end of the 19th century by the work of the famous German gardener Émille David, which today constitutes an oasis of calm within the bustling city of Porto, in which paths intertwine between gardens and meadows with great care, and dotted with many fountains and amazing sculptures.
