Description of the place
Dapazari Church is located on the ancient road that descends from Kerman to Silifke, in the area surrounded by the ruins of fortifications and bastions. It is a three-nave church with a half-dome and an apse. Emperor Zeno built this church in 476 AD. As a result of the wars and conflicts that the region went through, the western façade of the church was completely destroyed, leaving nothing left of it today except for some standing columns and the apse.
