Edge of the World

The Edge of the World (whose real name is Jebel Fahreen) has become in a few years one of the most popular destinations around Riyadh in Saudi Arabia. It was given this nickname because of its main attraction which is the breathtaking views from the top of the 300 meter high cliffs overlooking the ocean plain. This cliff is part of the much taller Tuwaiq Mountains, which is one of the most prominent natural features of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as it extends over a distance of more than 1,000 km from Najran Province in the south to Qassim in the north; It also played an important role in the history of the Arabian Peninsula, as it was one of the ancient caravan trade routes that crossed the Arabian Peninsula from Yemen to the Levant and Persia.
