Edifice of The Martyrs Museum

The Martyr's Memorial Museum was opened in 1977 AD, in honor of the martyrs who died while defending the homeland, upholding the values of soldiery and consolidating the great sacrifices they made. The edifice was distinguished by a unique architectural design, its outer building resembles the shape of the Holy Kaaba, and verses from the Holy Qur’an were inscribed on its outer walls. Today, the edifice is considered one of the most important museums and distinctive tourist attractions in the country.
