El Jardin de la Sal Restaurant is a precious treasure located between white salts and black lava. It opened in 2013 with a design that is completely in harmony with its surroundings. It has become a laboratory for different types of salt such as aromatic salts. The famous Fuencaliente lighthouse is located near it. It serves many dishes that include dishes. Fresh fish such as escolar, halibut and belt fish, as well as meat and La Palma cheese.
