Located in western Thailand, Erawan National Park is home to one of the most famous waterfalls in the country. It was established in 1975 and covers an area of 550 square kilometres. The main attraction of the park is the Erawan Falls, consisting of 7 tiers of emerald green pools. There are also many long and impressive caves. It is worth mentioning that the park and the falls are named after the three-headed white elephant in Hindu mythology. From the waterfalls resemble an elephant's head.
