Eskişehir Eti Archaeology Museum
The Eskişehir Eti Archaeological Museum is one of the most important archaeological museums in Turkey. It was officially established in 1974 while the current building was opened on May 28, 2011. It is located on an area of 1,300 square meters, and its permanent collection consists of 22,500 artifacts extending from the Neolithic period to the era Ottoman, of which about 2000 are on display. The museum also includes an outdoor garden that contains several stone items, including coffins, tombs and sculptures.
