Ethno village Etar

Itar Open Ethnographic Museum is the first museum of its kind in Bulgaria, and it was established in 1964, and it is located 8 km south of the city of Gabrovo, and it includes a unique collection of ancient machines that depend on water in Bulgaria, the most important of which is the water wheel, and it also consists of 10 groups are among the richest and well-preserved art collections among all European open-air museums, and the most important feature of this group is that all the machines work as they were in the past. In addition, the artisan trading street housed in the museum presents 16 different styles of Balkan architecture, which showcase the original talents of the builders of the time.
