Fujairah Museum
Fujairah Museum is an archeology and local history museum located in the city of Fujairah in the United Arab Emirates. The museum opened in 1991, and contains permanent exhibitions of local archaeological finds and exhibitions on the traditional way of life historically in Fujairah in particular and the United Arab Emirates in general. Inside the museum, the first exhibition hall displays heritage items related to traditional local occupations such as farming, fishing, pottery, trade, and weaving. A second hall displays ancient weapons, costumes and various utensils. Another hall has displays including the spice shop and market. The exhibits include archaeological finds from the tombs of Al Badia, Dibba Al Fujairah and Qidfaa. The museum is close to Fujairah Fort.
