Glade of Fairy Tales

An open-air museum that houses a rich collection of hand-carved statues inspired by folk tales and fairy tales. It was founded in 1960 by sculptor and artist Pavel Bezrukov. The museum houses about 300 sculptures of various well-known legendary characters, including Disney princesses, the seven dwarfs, the three knights, the legendary folk hero Svyatogor, and dozens of pagan deities. The museum building itself is interesting, as it resembles the magic house mentioned in ancient legends.
