Haci Memis Mosque
The Haci Mimiş Mosque is one of the few buildings that have been preserved intact to this day in the town of Alacati. It is located to the south of the Osman Agha Mosque, between the castle and the harbor. It was built in 1812 by Hacı Memiş Ağa; One of the leaders of the region, its building has a square plan, and it was built using the stone-crushing technique. The building, which is one of the most prominent works of the late Ottoman era, contains a stone minaret with a single balcony of cut stone.
