Hagley Park

Hagley Park was established in 1855 by the county government and is the largest urban open space in Christchurch. Centrally located and bordered by the River Avon, the park features many trees and wide open valleys. The gardens contain a collection of beautiful flowers and trees taken from all over the world. Many visitors come to the park to see the amazing wildlife, including thousands of birds.
