Hohensburg is the ruins of an ancient Saxon castle dating back to the eighth century AD, overlooking the Ruhr River and the surrounding natural areas. This historical castle still retains some of its archaeological features, such as walls, walls, and a two-room castle. In the middle of its inner courtyard is a stunning monument that was built. by Fritz Bagdons in 1930, to commemorate the victims of the First World War.
