Description of the place
The Elk Reserve is located near Hawtha Bani Tamim, 180 km south of the city of Riyadh, and extends over an area of 1,840 square km. It consists of a long and narrow valley bordered on both sides by steep rocky walls. 265 species of plants, the most famous of which is Poeaceae.
