Jagua Castle
Jagua Castle is an 18th-century Renaissance-style fort with a small museum and views of Cienfuegos Bay. It was built between 1733 and 1745 by the French military engineer Don José Tantete Duvillier, based on Orders from the king at the time, with the aim of protecting the bay from pirates who used to land there, and today there is a nice restaurant open to visitors.
