Description of the place
It is estimated that the building of the Kayseri Grand Bazaar, which was considered the largest covered market after Istanbul in the Ottoman period, was built in the fifteenth century. This market has more than 2,000 shops and stalls selling local foods, handicrafts, textiles, traditional costumes and many other local goods.
