Description of the place
The Korean War Veterans Memorial is located in West Potomac Park in Washington, D.C. It was built to commemorate the 5.8 million Americans who served in the US Armed Forces during the Korean War. This monument consists of 19 lifelike 7-foot tall steel statues depicting warrior soldiers wearing cloaks covering their weapons and equipment.
