Description of the place
La Margal Park is located a short distance from San Juan Beach in an urban area developed on land that formed a swamp in the past, and it is a unique park that, in addition to the function of entertainment and recreation for local residents and tourists, performs another hydraulic function. They are used as a basin to catch rainwater, which reduces the risk of flooding in the lower part of the city.
