Description of the place
The Lam Takong Dam is located on the Lam Takong River in the Nakhon Ratchasima region of Thailand. It was built in 1974 with the main purpose of diverting water for irrigation. Visitors can walk on the dam to enjoy a view of the reservoir with a beautiful backdrop of mountains on the horizon. It is suitable for relaxation and contemplation of nature in the winter. Its doors are open for visits from 6 am to 6 pm.
