Lido Bathing Complex

The Lido swimming complex is a symbol of the city of Funchal on the island of Madeira, and is one of the most visited sea inlets by locals and tourists alike, as it features a large solarium and two saltwater pools whose water is replenished every day. In 2016, the complex was awarded the " The Blue Flag" symbolizing environmental quality. It was renovated and opened to the public in the summer of 2016, and now includes wheelchairs to ensure the comfort of visitors.
