Description of the place
The Luburner is an interesting rock group, consisting of 5 limestone rock towers located above Lauterbrunnen in a group of lower peaks north of the main range of the Berner Oberland. The highest of the five towers is the Gross Luburn at 2,566 metres. This area constitutes a breathtaking beauty in itself due to its distinctive shape. You can go climbing in this area or access it through hiking trails.
