Malaysian Chinese Museum

The Malaysian Chinese Museum (MCM) is the first museum in Malaysia that presents the history and current development of the Malaysian-Chinese community. Its construction began in August 2017 and was completed in March 2018. Its total area is 10,550 square feet, and it includes a permanent exhibition consisting of 16 sections and 1,000 artifacts and historical objects. Showcasing the history of Chinese immigration in different periods and the cultural heritage of local Chinese, the collections are presented through a mixture of texts, graphics, artwork, and multimedia.
