Mallikarjuna Temple

This temple is the most famous Hindu temple in Kasaragod, as it is of great beauty and spacious spaces, and dotted throughout with dried roses, which are embroidered in the form of deities. This temple is also famous because it is the oldest temple in the city and most of the ceremonial rituals and the Rose Festival dedicated to Goddess Shiva are held there. The temple is located in the heart of the city, making it easily accessible by public transportation.
