Marine Building

The Navy Building is a skyscraper located at 355 Burrard Street in downtown Vancouver. Completed in 1930, at the time of its opening it was the tallest skyscraper in the city and is one of the most iconic buildings in Vancouver and listed among the best Art Deco buildings in the world. It was given this name because it contains a large collection of beautiful marine ornaments that decorate it. Due to its impressive architecture and mesmerizing interiors, the building has been chosen as the backdrop for a number of films and TV shows.
