Description of the place
Tameng Sari Lighthouse is a modern tower that opened in 2008 and features a revolving observation deck that reaches 80 meters in height. It is the first and only revolving tower of its kind in Malaysia. Its revolving structure provides a stunning panoramic view of Malacca and beyond. It was constructed using advanced Swiss technology. The structure of the tower is said to be strong enough to withstand earthquakes measuring up to ten on the Richter scale.
